3. Findings Summary
You receive a clear, structured summary of our findings. This outlines what is working, what is not and where the gaps between intention, message and understanding exist.
4. Strategy Collaboration
We work with you to define the way forward, co-creating a narrative or communication strategy that aligns your internal reality with how your organization shows up externally.
5. Execution
Once the direction is agreed, we move into execution. This may be delivered as a once-off project or through an ongoing retainer, depending on your needs and scope.
